I went there today. since my maiden name is not the same as my middle name, they rejected me! I showed up at 1:00. I was told this at 2:30! Truth is they did not want to be bothered by any donors! They wanted to make sure every one was out of there! I have been donating plasma for a long time! I know how the operation is supposed to work! This is NOT at all acceptable! A Woman named DAWN was obviously doing her part to sabotage the Company she works for! ????wHERE IS THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT?
I have been a donnor sence the door open and never had a problem til now i tured in my cards and here it is two weeks later and nothing i went up there the day someone was walking out in hand cuffs and this manager and red headed girl staff tried to make me look stupid in front of him only to find out i was telling the truth and had received nothing call talk management after three days of hearing someone will call you right back and manager did nothing still not compensated for my scratch off and i guess I'll wait for another three day for the mangers to call that's a way to run a business ignore your donnor
This place is ridiculously understaffed! Have a room full of beds but no machines or staff to operate them. The lines can take an hr or more before you even sit in a bed. Getting to were it's not worth it! This place is plenty profitable but takes too many short cuts. They have one employee with a tat on her neck that picks and chooses who she wants to stick and unless your black you are skipped over
If you care anything about your health DO NOT GO HERE. Arrived with the majority of the staff outside smoking blunts. Then i went inside. The staff were terrifying looking, smelled horrible and used the f-word every other word. After waiting an hour and a half they went to take my plasma and the nurse wore the same gloves she had on while cleaning and touching the machines. then another nurse came wearing the same gloves from another patient with blood STILL ON THEM! i kindly said thanks but ill come back and i tried to leave and they WOULDN'T LET ME LEAVE! they held me down and stuck the needle in with the same gloves. i demanded they take it out then i begged. finally they let me go. WARNING: DONT GO HERE!! Zero stars is not possible or i would've checked zero.
I became a new donor the day CSL plasma opened it's location in Waco, and have been donating twice a week since then. The staff shows professionalism, and treats each person, regardless of age, race, or socioeconomic status with dignity and respect. All equipment and machines are clean and organized, and it is a safe environment to donate plasma, while helping to save lives, and getting fairly compensated for our time. I encourage anyone in the Waco area to visit, and see for yourself. Bring a friend or two!
