        My review is about an awesome employee I spoke to by the name of Ashlie, who works at the Waco-McLennan County Public Health District in Vital Statistics. Ashlie has a wonderful personality and great customer service skills. Ashlie was also very knowledgeable about the forms I needed. She was very understanding and considerate of me as a Grandmother and gave me helpful instructions while encouraging me to know I can finish the process I started a few years ago. Ashlie immediately mailed the correct forms to me. With Ashlie's assuring instructions I realized I can do it. Thanks Ashlie! You personally get 5 stars from me!
