Rettinger Fireplace Systems

I had a custom fireplace mantel, marble surround, and gas fireplace insert installed last fall. I was pleased with the whole process, from start to finish. Rettinger's show room can be a busy place at times, but when it was my turn, I was given as much time as needed to ask questions and receive the answers. My salesperson, Angelique, was knowledgeable about the products and extremely patient with me during the whole process, in person and by e-mail; she even spent time with me after the installation to show me how to operate the controls for the insert! And the custom mantel is just perfect; it exactly matches the other woodwork in my home. Friends say it looks like it's always been there. The installation went very smoothly: they came on time and finished ahead of schedule. And, the woodworker even swept my garage after he finished! I would highly recommend this firm.

They also referred me to Audio Video Concepts for my home theater and TV for above the mantel. Best service and product from both vendors that I've ever experienced. We recently purchased a gas fireplace system from Rettinger. From the sales information and support to the installation and service, this has been a top notch experience. They went so far as to recommend a plumber to install the gas line and chimney sweeps to clean the firebox and chimney in preparation for the installation. Those contractors were great as well. The sales support consisted of spending over an hour of one-on-one time with the Rettinger representative, who was very knowledgable and friendly, discussing options that would best fit our needs. They provided routine follow-up to assure that we were aware of the status of our order and when it would be ready for installation. The installers were friendly, knowledgable and very neat and clean in their installation. I commented that since the log system came in pieces that it was like watching an artist at work as the installer put it in place. Once completed, he took time to instruct us on it's use. The system looks great and as much like a real fire as one could hope, and has been working great ever since.
