Jack and Emily's Pet Salon

Jack & Emily's Pet Salon participated in a Rescue Pet Makeover Project with HousePaws Mobile Vet. They sponsored my foster dog, Max's, grooming and made him beautiful to help him find a home which was so kind and charitable of them.



Thank you groomer Laurie for doing a wonderful job with Max and working with me on figuring out what would make him look cutest. I thought his cut was perfect and made him look like a round little bear. I know Max is not the easiest dog to work with sometimes and he probably was a big baby about being groomed, but she did a wonderful job despite that. Brinkley loves going to Jack and Emily's. She is spoiled by the groomers and they say, she is an angel. She always comes back looking great.
I would not go to another groomer as I have had bad experiences elsewhere.

We had a terrible experience at a different groomers and called Jack and Emily's out of desperation to help fix our dog's completely uneven cut. Although they were busy (always a good sign!), they made time to take our 13 year old wheaten and made her absolutely beautiful. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I have followed Ileene and Nellie from Cherry Hill to their present location. I wouldn't consider bringing my cockapoo Bella anywhere else. The entire staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Bella runs happily into Jack and Emily's and is always excited to see everyone there. I always know she is well taken care of and her grooming is exceptional. It is like family and each pet is special. They are people I can trust, they are always accommodating and I am satisfied when I leave there knowing Bella has been in good hands.

Jack and Emily's is the ONLY place to take your puppy for all it's grooming needs! The staff is friendly and very accomodating to your schedules and needs. I've been bringing my ShihTzu puppy there for 15 years. My dog Mickey is comfortable and always excited to go. The staff welcomes him with open arms. The groomers all have pets themselves and know what a fanatic I am with my baby! They "get it". I feel like me and my puppy Mickey are the only customers there with the undivided attention we get. The salon is clean and well kept.The owner Ileen comes out and says hello and holds various events throughout the year for pets and their families to participate in for family fun. We are part of Jack and Emily's "Family".I posted a pic of my ShihTzu above! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Ileen even sends out reminders (written by hand) so you will never miss your puppy's bath again. Reasonably priced for the great service these girls give my puppy. And always with a smile....

It's such a pleasure visiting Jack & Emily's. They've been grooming my mini poodle for about 7 years now, and we've felt like we were an extended part of their family from Day One. Ileene (the owner) takes such an interest in my family and always greets us with warmth and the kindest of words. Nelly puts such love into every cut, as if it were her own dog. He comes out looking so cute, always with a little handkerchief around his neck to polish off the look. I swear he seems happier when I pick him up then before I dropped him off!



These folks run a top-notch grooming service with the kind of warmth and hospitality you might expect at a 5-Star Hotel, but even better because they get to know you and genuinely care about your pet. I would highly recommend them!

We have followed Ilene and Joan from Cherry Hill to this location. They have cared for and groomed my dogs, my children's dogs and firend's dogs for many, years. The best place for grooming!

Finally I found the perfect groomer for my doodle Dottie at JACK AND EMILY'S

Ilene the owner has always been nice and helpful . Calls to remind me when to come in , offered a lot of help when my dog had a fur issue .

Dottie does my doodle and my dog smiles when she sees her .because my dog feels her calmness , and senses she is safe and, in capable hands with her . Dogs can sense who is ok to go with and she goes happily with Dottie . It gives me a secure feeling that my dog is in capable experienced and caring hands .

This is the best ! Dottie is a pro , she listens to what you want , explains what she can do. (You must be reasonable if your dog is matted , they must get cut out .). We have been there for at least 6 grooming's and I have always been very happy ; ) Plus my dog hasn't ever sat there from 9 to 5 pm .Dottie has taken the time to teach me how to brush my dog when her hair is long, I almost hate to let the secret out , the truth is Jack and Emily's is great, kind and caring about your pet and knows its really a favorite family member . Best doodle groomer , my dog is 6 yrs old I've tried many others .
