Sherry, maybe you should go back to pizza hut because this place isn't for you. The crust was burnt? Maybe because it was cooked in a coal fired oven. 800 degrees tends to do that. Also in the 3 times ive been there i don't recall any loud music at all. Anyway, for those who know what new york/neopolitan pizza is supposed to be like, you will love this place. Wonderful taste. Only complaint would be the price, as it is a bit up there for the quantity. 3 of us split a large pepperoni and bell pepper for $21.50, and it left us wanting more. But when its the closest thing to new york you can get in san diego, what else can you do?

What everyone says about this place is true: "Great food and service at a much more reasonable price than other Italian restaurants." I also appreciate businesses that have a heart and give back to the community: One of our daughters is a class officer at a local high school. CIAO sold pizzas to their leadership team at a nice discount that enabled them to sell slices to fellow students at a decent price and still raise a lot of money for the school. So I guess I need to amend it to read "Great food, service, prices and people."
I love this place! My Favorite is the spaghetti and meatballs. HUGE meatballs and very tasty. The Fettuccini Alfredo is super good. it has this wonderful garlic taste in it. Lasagna is also REALLY great! Staff are very nice, service is really quick. I am diabetic ( i know wrong food to eat but sometimes its ok) so I need fast service cause I usually have a sugar drop when its time for dinner so I appreciate the fast service and the great food with it.
