Shadowridge Heights

My wife and i have been living in this apt complex for over a year now. Luckily, were getting out of here. Mind you, we didnt want to leave without warning other potential tenants the pros, and cons (mostly cons).



PARKING is ridiculous, there never seems to be enough parking. Even in our own assigned parking spot, ive almost had my car towed easily over 5 times.



NOISE, its fairy quiet, thats about the one thing thats ok.

The grounds look decent, but dont be fooled. Theyve painted over OLD termite infested wood. A simple example is me going out onto my balcony, and the heel of my foot going through the wood cause of how rotted it is.

ALSO, IMPORTANT, At the gate, when entering or exiting this complex, the risk for an accident is greater than any other complex driveway ive ever seen.

Without exaggerating, since weve lived in this complex, weve seen a minimum of 10 accidents at the entrance/exit of this hell hole. Two of which, the cars were completely flipped on their side. With the drivers inside.



SAFETY, id say is minimal at best. Ive woken up to a tomatoe splattered car. Slashed tires, Writing on my wifes car, Dings on doors, and several other things.

The construction of the complex LOOKS ok, but thats as far as it goes.

Not to metion the smoking scent weve had to deal with for over a year.



MAINTENANCE, BE AWARE, if you appreciate privacy as much as i do, this is not the place for you.

The "management" and their minions will enter your apt at least once a week for some random bs that doesnt better the quality of this rat hole.

Staff, Weve had so many issues with the staff and management, and there is no leeway or grace of any kind. NOt to mention, be prepared with pitch and fork when you want to ask a question as they will instantaneously attack you with whatever your concern is. I literally had to say to the woman in the office "can you bring down your tone of voice down a notch?, were not arguing, we simply have a few questions".

At that point they obviously deny theyre raising their voices, but who are they kidding?



OVERALL, if your looking for low price, and a crappy place to sleep. this is the place for you.

If you can spare an extra $100 bucks to not move here and find another place. Do it.

It can literally save your life.
