Our insurance assigned us to Mark Bibler, but we will be switching to another PCP asap after one visit. The office is shabby and visibly dirty -- dirty floors, dust everywhere, torn seats, magazines from 2004 (this is 2010). The exam room was just as bad -- a huge rip in the exam table (how do they sterilize exposed foam?!), dirt on the floor, chips in the cabinets and countertops.
They told us it would be ""a few minutes"" ... then we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. We were told ""10 more minutes"" about every 30 minutes. When I complained, the MA was incredibly rude. We finally had to leave to pick up my younger son and come back. We eventually saw a PA for about 5 minutes, 3 hours after our initial check-in.
Rude staff, incredibly slow service, unsanitary office and exam rooms.
