The Villas at Lovers Lane

Never ever ever will live in this place again. The Worst management ever in my entire life!!!!. I've been living in this place about two years. On the last black friday in 2013, I saw someone moving stuffs out of my garage which doesn't seem like my stuffs. So I was wondering what was going on. He told me that he moved in about three months ago and was temporarily using my garage because management told him that it was empty. He also told me that there were some stuffs in it and management threw that away. When I asked management after seeing such a shocking moving scene, they responded that they didn't know who was using the garage and they might have placed my stuffs somewhere else. So I gave them some time to investigate but checking after every once in a while like couple weeks, the manager just said they were still investigating and told me they were gonna call me back. You know what will happen!!! Nobody ever called up until now. Today is 3/13/14!!!!!



The incident happened about several months after switching to new management. I understood some mix-up might happen in transition so I respond back for their survey asking which garage I've been using. I responded three times; twice with papers and once in person. However they still didn't know that was my garage and rented to someone else.



The problem is it seems like they don't care at all or they don't want to take any responsibility. I personally don't care about stuffs in the garage because it wasn't much. But the fact is that they throw all my stuffs away and still does not respond to my question. At the first reporting in the last november, they told me to bring the list of all stuffs got lost. I asked if they want me to put the estimated price but they said I didn't need to. After that once in a while like couple weeks, I asked them what's going on but they just told me they reported to higher management and still waiting.



Today 3/13/14, I just visited to resolve a different issue but I didn't ask about the problem in the beginning because I almost gave up on the garage problem. However the manager told me the garage issue wasn't resolved because I didn't bring the estimated price for lost items. And it was MY Problem and My Fault that I DID not Respond for the survey asking which garage I was using (which I responded THREE times).



Wow!! Seriously?!?! I guess she could say that because she knew I returned the surgery so I did not have any proofs. Moreover, she said she asked to bring the estimated price about the lost items (when I asked earlier, they said no). She have NEVER asked the request. Beside they NEVER called me. As you might expect, she also said her co-worker could prove because her co-worker was there too when she asked me.



From the beginning, since last november, the manager said she would call me next week or in several days every time I visited the office. However, no one from management office or company ever called or contacted me in any way to update me about any news or any thing I need to bring what so ever. I can prove this with my ATT statement.



I'm simply emotionally exhausted with this management. I told her couple months ago that I don't care about lost items and just tell me the result. Just saying sorry about the issue that it just happened in transition between managements and complimentary $20 credit might have solved the problem.



This is my very first time that I lost my temper and I yelled at someone. Of course, she yelled at me too. I didn't know I could do this. But this place can make you so.



This is a ok apartment but in case if you ever got in any issue with management, I do, highly, strongly, and firmly not recommend this place!!!.
