GMF+ architecture

After talking to half a dozen architects in the Virginia Beach area, my husband and I selected GMF+ & Associates to design our new home. We started with a stock house plan and made the necessary modifications to fit our family life style. Greg and his team were wonderful to work with. Luckily for us, Greg is very knowledgeable in construction and prevented us from making some major mistakes that would have cost us tremendously in the long run. He also pointed out some minor modifications that allowed us to safe thousands of dollars in the construction of our home. I would recommend this firm to any home buyer looking for customizable house plans. What we paid to his firm, we saved many times over in construction costs.
