Called for an estimate and was promptly called back. Set an appointment and he was on time. Gave a reasonable estimate and scheduled tinting for my 2010 Georgetown Motorhome. Men showed on time on scheduled day and was completely done in about 3 hours. They did an excellent job. No mess left and all leftovers removed. They were impressed with the job and how much the tinting enhanced my motorhome. I'm VERY satisifed. Will use Atlantic Shoreline when my cars need tinting. Again, Thanks for the great job.

They told me it was going to be about 2 Hours and it only took an hour an a half they explained everything to me.. The ladys who work up front are amazing there so friendly and helpful.. I MUST SAY DONT GO ANYWERE ELSE BUT ATLANTIC SHORELINE THERE GREAT =)

Atlantic Shoreline tinted my home for me. Craig the gentelman who came out to do the estimate he was amazing he did such a wonderful job going over the diffrent types of film they had to film my home.. He answered every question i had made me feel great about doing the job.. The Gentel Men who came out to film my home they were on time and did an amazing job they even cleaned up really Nice and picked up everything... Must Say hands down this is the best place to call if your looking into getting ur home filmed.. So dont wait call them to day and see for your self!!!!!
Customer beware of this company. These people are fundamentally dishonest and they will not stand behind poor work and craftsmanship. The could care less about treating your property with respect and will resort to foul, unruly language and behavior if you querie them about the quality of the work that was done. Essentially the following was our experience: we approached the business about window tinting and went with their top-of -the line 3M product. With product cost and installation our bill would have exceeded $400. Our expectations were simple and reasonable: we wanted good quality work done on our brand new vehicle. That's it. We're very reasonable people. The job was poorly done. They scratched the paint on our car. There were sweat stains all over the inside of the vehicle. The leather on the inside was torn from knee pressure AND the window tinting had streaks and bubbles throughout. This was obviously poor quality work and they even admitted as much. Well, it get's worse. When we brought our concern to the attention of the manager...oh my! The manager started by repeating over and over again well we haven't charged you yet. After pulling the car to the front parking lot, they refused to give us the keys to OUR vehicle to further inspect the work.
Eventually they allowed us access and finally said to us well we're just not going to be able to help you people and then started pulling the window tinting off the car IN THE PARKING LOT leaving adhesive streaks all over the windows. To top that off the female manager insulted my mother (my mother) who simply came along with me on my day off and seriously is one of the sweetest, most kind and generous people ON THE PLANET. She insulted her in words that no polite person would dare repeat on this forum. Long story short: These people are unprofessional and will attempt to to take your hard earned money for crappy work. Further, don't question their craftsmanship, or the gloves will come off with these folks. They will go after you personally rather than attempt to assuage your concerns. We are connected to alot of people in this area through public service associations and business contacts. I cannot say anything nice about our experience with this company. From two honest, Christian people--spend your money elsewhere!
A BBB formal complaint against this business was filed and accepted. Businesses are obliged to treat customers with dignity and respect and to resolve disputes about product or service delivery quality without resulting to profane or unprofessional behavior.
Sir, Your review is totally inaccurate & I would like to take this opportunity to respond. We certainly did not do any damage to your vehicle nor did we admit to any misdeeds.You certainly did have the opportunity to inspect your vehicle both inside and outside of our shop. As far as the bubbles they are normal after the film is applied you did not give us the opportunity to go over the instructions or warranty paperwork before both you and your Mother vebally abused myself, my installers, and the front office staff. Both my company as well as the 3M company stands by all work with a lifetime nationwide warranty. However, you were defensive and would not listen as we tried to explain the curing process of the window film. We tried our best to appease you but you would not allow us that opportunity. After your failed to speak in a calm & reasonable manner we thought it best to remove all the film we had spent several hours to install and ask you to leave our premises. I can honestly say your perception of what 'you say' occurred is greatly distorted and untrue.
I went to Atlantic Shoreline and had my girlfriend's car tinted and it was a surprise to her i took her car well she was at work and didn't know i told them when i brought it in i need it done bye a certain time and they had it done bye the time i need it to be done.... The Lady's who work up front they are so nice and helpful this the best customer experience i have ever had they did such a wonderful job with the tint and explaining everything to me and what not to do and what to do with the tint. Please to all you People who Read this don't go anywhere but to here i Promise you will be more than Happy you Choose Atlantic Shoreline

My husband and I recently just bough two new vehicles. A Lexus RX350 and an Audi A-5. We wanted our windows tinted, but we were very nervous that it would end up looking tacky and cheap. We were referred to Atlantic Shoreline by both dealerships. Obviously they have some type of credentials... why not give it a shot? We went over there just inquiring about the types of tint they have and they had 3 or four different types to choose from. They sat there for 20 minutes just answering our questions.. we were very skeptical. We left without scheduling an appt. We then went back there again and asked a few more questions.. this time it only lasted about 10 minutes, however, they were all very patient and very informative. You could definitely tell that they know what they are talking about. When we decided to schedule and appt, it was nice to find out that they have saturday morning appts. AND they gave a two car discount! We ended up choosing the 3M film, which is supposed to be their best type. When we came in for the installation they brought us out to our vehicles and did a thorough walk around, telling us everything that was going to happen. I felt comfortable handing over my keys. And the wait time was only a little over an hour for our audi and about 45 minuts for the Lexus. (We only go the two front doors tinted on that one becasue the back part was already factory tinted). when we were paying they told us everything to do and not to do and even gave us a sheet with all the instructions on it, as well as a warranty card. It was a very pleasant and professional experience!! If you want to get your car tinted, GO TO ATLANTIC SHORELINE!! You won't be disappointed. it has been 6 months, and everything still looks wonderful!! :)
Got the state limit for the color window tints for my car. After 8 years, the tints are starting to bubble. The tints are plastic, so at one point or another, they will stretch and bubble, become damaged from UV rays. The tints have done their job on protecting the interior of the car from the damaging effects of the sun's UV rays. No problems with installation, good quality work. I would recommend to a friend.
Atlantic shoreline did a good job tinitng my back window. They matched a competitor's price and removed an old film that was extremely difficult to get off. Although a little defroster had to be scraped along the bottom (couple lines not working), they did everything possible to save it and let me know exactly what was going on befroe proceding. In other words, they actually listened to the customer! They were very professional and not pushy (TNT tinting was ridiculous; I'm glad I didn't see them first). I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if the neeed ever arises.
My husband and I have been going to Atlantic Shoreline since 2002. Over the last 7 years we have had 9 plus cars/trucks windows tinted from them. Not once, have we been disappointed. As you can see we keep going back and always recomended them to everyone. The staff has always been pleasent and they try to get you in and out as soon as they can. My husband loves his cars so we will continue going back to Atlantic Shoreline.

Sorry if you felt as if we ""robbed"" you, if you go to the doctor, dentist or even a dealership to have something looked at you get charged a co-pay or diagnostic fee. Diagnostic fees are normally $55.00, as a courtesy we only charged $20.00. We did pull your vehicle in the shop and did a thorough inspection and at that time we determined the dvd was jammed and we were unable to eject it as your dvd unit was beyond repair. It was not our product nor our warranty. I'm glad the place of business which we referred you too was able to assist you and we do hope that you were able to have your problem rectified. I went into Atlantic Shoreline to have my car's dvd player looked at for possible repair and although I was told they would tell me any expenses before fixing it, they never once mentioned anything of a diagnostic fee. After a few minutes, they came back to tell me they could not fix the unit &quot;and oh yeah, that will be $20.&quot; $20 to look at the unit for a minute and tell me they could not fix it?! I made it very clear I was not told up front about this--on the phone or when I first came into the shop but they insisted I pay. They were holding my car keys so I found myself in quite a predicament.
I walked out feeling robbed and like they had tried to scam me--get me in the door and then claim the unit is not fixable so I would spent 1K on one of their new ones. And in the very least, they just made a cool $20 for a few minutes of their time. It makes me wonder if they even bothered to look at the unit at all. I have since found a shop that although they only install new units, they were nice enough to give me the name of a repair guy that sometimes can repair the unit and has a lot of success. They said to try the repair before having them install a new one. It is nice to know there are still atleast some honest businessmen out there.
I can say nothing of the work Atlantic Shoreline does since I will never again give them my business but I can say be careful. Make sure you realize it'll cost you $20 just for walking in their door to have them take a quick look.
