Around the Clock Chimney and Roofing

My appointment came and went with no contact from 'Around the Clock'. Fast forward 2 months numerous appointments were missed and always the excuse was the weather. Understanding we had a number of rain days, over a 60+ period they could have found the time to come out. In fact they cancelled 2 days this week because of rain (the potential) and both days were clear and sunny.
Communication with the company was very poor. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered. I had to call 4 or 5 times each day. I was always greeted with the same excuse 'sorry for not getting back to you sooner we are have phone and internet problems'. I am not sure who they though they were fooling,
Despite many chances this company did not honor the contract they had with me. Perhaps it is a blessing in disguise, if this is how they run their business then the quality of their work is certainly circumspect.

The service was excellent from start to finish. I called a company prior to around the clock to sweep and inspect my chimney. This comoany stated that my chimney was damaged and could not be used. I called around and found around the clock who managed to do the repair job quicker and was more affordable.

I had called for a chimney sweep and making an appointment was very easy and they were very flexible when it came to when I needed it. The company called 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know when they were on their way . The techs were very knowledgeable and courteous. They informed me my chimney cap was rusted and they could replace it if I liked. They had a cap on their truck and put it on right then and there. I am very pleased with their services and I will be calling whenever I'm in need of work for my chimney.

I came across this company online while searching for a roofing company. I knew there was visible black spots on my roof and it needed to be cleaned. I called Around The Clock and they came out and looked at my roof, measured the roof and gave me an estimate for a soft wash roof cleaning. They also informed me I had some moss in some spots on my roof. 2 days later, they came back and cleaned my roof. It looks absolutely amazing! It looks like a brand new roof and it was so affordable! This is the only job I needed done for now, but I will definitely use them again. I'd recommend to anyone looking for affordable services and friendly people! Thank you Around The Clock!
