  My whirlpool front load washer was…

  My whirlpool front load washer was showing an error code and not working properly. Called them at noon and described the problem to the tech. He said he would be out between 3-5pm the same day. He showed up at 4pm and the washer was working 45 minutes late. The tech was very professional and the price was reasonable. I would highly reccommend them. In fact, I will be calling him back to fix a burner on my stove in a couple of weeks when I save up the money.

  Called and set up an appointment. Tech came by, was on phone about another repair job and then went outside. Came back and said he needed to order a part and would come back even though the part had been established and was supposedly on order.
  
  Did not come back at set time. Called tech and asked what was the hold up, sounded like he just woke up. Said he was on another job; finally came back. This was an all day affair, messed up our day. His main goal is to get the 65 something visit fee and leave.
  
  Not to be trusted.

  I called at 9 AM; was promised a service call between 3 and 5 PM that day; Mr. Eric Waller arrived at 3:05 PM; and my broken washing machine was repaired by 3:20 PM.
  
  Over the phone Eric had asked me to describe the problem and the washing machine model number. He diagnosed the probable problem and brought a selection of replacement parts. The costs for the service call, repair part, and labor were very reasonable.
  
  A great example of a small business owner providing excellent service at a fair price.

  Mr.

  Mr. Waller just came out to service our Whirlpool top loader that had stopped spinning. I called him on a Sunday evening and he told me he'd be out between 10-12 on Monday. He called me Monday morning and told me he'd be here w/in 30 minutes, and he was! He walked right in and found the problem in literally 30 seconds. He had the part in his truck and had my machine running again within 30-45 minutes! He then explained how the part worked and about our machine in general. He was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him!

  I called them today and were able to…

  I called them today and were able to come within the hour! He was so prompt, explained everything to me and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely call them again for any other problems that I have!!

  Called about my LG front loading washer…

  Called about my LG front loading washer not draining the water out of the clothes. He caled me about 0830 Monday morning and was at my house by 1100. Within about 1/2 hr he knew what the problem was, had the part in his truck and fixed my washer and had it back together. Was much cheaper than we were expecting and gave us a military discount! Will be using him again because he is very friendly, very profesional, and very promt!

  Called for repair & someone arrived 20 minutes later. Repairman took his time diagnosing the problems taking the time to explain what all the parts were for & how they worked. To hopefully rule out future repair work the repairman told me of all other components that were working just fine, so far so good.

  Best Service!

  I telephoned ACE and within several hours they arrived and fixed my washing machine. In addition, he was careful to explain how to fix the problem in the future as well as how to prevent it. Definitely would recommend and use again.

  Outstanding Service

  I called Mr. Waller about 7:30 in the morning and he told me he could be there at 9:00. He arrived, checked the refrigerator and quickly determined the problem. He politely explained every detail to me, showed me the recommended price for such a repair, yet gave me a even better price. Mr. Waller was very professional thoughout the process and I would certainly recommend him to anyone. I also plan on using him again when needed for any of my appliance repairs.

  Highly recommend

  I called Mr. Waller around 10:30 in the morning to find out if he could work on my dryer. He was there within 90 minutes and quickly assessed the situation and located the problem. He explained everything to me as he was doing it. He was so thorough and I was very impressed. His rate was also very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
