        I would like to complement the great service of PB staff. I've been a customer since 9/2015. Quite honestly, they are the best, friendliest and most efficient staff. They take good care of my car and provide excellent service, which motivates me to go back to them every 3 weeks since I'm a high mileage driver. They are an asset to pepboys.         Bad service.Paid for repair and within a couple of days my car still not working. Don't take time to explain to customer and don't let you know when your car is done unless you call them. Bad experience for a female customer, seems like they take advantage of you. Managers should be aware of this kind of problems.

        I am very happy with there service,very friendly workers.Had an engine installed thru them all I can say is I had a great experience and I keep going back for all of my auto repairs.

        BAD SERVICE

        PRICES WERE GREAT BUT THE SERVICE WAS BAD...

        VEHICLE WAS NOT FINISHED IN PROMISED TIME

        PROBLEM WITH VEHICLE WAS NEVER FIXED ...

        OTHER PARTS WERE BROKEN THAT WERE NOT WHEN THE VEHIVLE WAS BROUGHT IN TO THE SHOP..
