In response to Arnee H., Sometimes in your life, there are circumstances beyond your control. We had every intention of fixing the weedeater in a timely manner, but, after the tech who was supposed to fix it simply did not show up or offer us an explanation, all the repairs; riding mowers, push mowers, tillers, generators, chainsaws, weedeaters, plus pickups and deliveries, etc. fell on one man to fix. My boss worked after hours, before hours, and on the weekends to catch up, and, alas some things got missed in the chaos. Truth be told, it is doubtful that we will continue to repair the small stuff such as weedeaters, not worth the time and hassle really. We offered our apologies to Arnee, tried to explain but he wasn't interested in the human side of the business. My boss started this business 14 years ago and we have many more happy customers than disgruntled ones. Like any place of business will tell you, you cant please them all.
