I was in a mess, and didn’t know why. I had had tax preparers do our taxes for many years, when we wound up with an unusual year with a giant tax bill. When I needed to discuss some things with my past tax preparer, she was not available. It took practically an act of Congress just to get her to sit down and talk to her, much less access my old records which she still had in her possession. After basically trapping her into getting my records, my son recommended Tandy to go over my exorbitant tax bill. She and her staff were warm, friendly and thorough. They went to work on my last three years of returns and found myriads of mistakes. She corrected them, resulting in not only a drastically reduced bill but refunds from past years.
