        Overall

        The Kevin Head Agency is great! You couldn't ask for a better insurance agent or staff. They are so helpful and quick to respond to any insurance need that arises. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

        worst agent ever

        I wish I could give these S.O.B an big fat 0 been a customer since 6 years never had issues until these idiots so unprofessional and Gretchen Smith have me out of the hole $110 because of her mistake and Kevin head is a b---- a-- for hanging up in my face what manager does it never do business with this company go somewhere else they will screw you over and not fix their mistakes shame on you aholes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
