Please avoid this place. I was trying to make an appointment to see a psychiatrist and the receptionist yelled at me, told me that I have to be there to make an appointment. Good I avoided and getting help from another mental place.

If you are experiencing emotional distress and need caring help, please do not go to West Central Mental Health. It used to be staffed with decent people who treated patients with some degree of respect, with only a few rotten workers in the mix. Now, most of the good staff members have left, leaving the clinic a shell of its former self (which wasn't the greatest to begin with).

I endured long wait times (1+ for a scheduled visit that I arrived early for), staff losing critical paperwork or refusing to provide copies of my chart for independent review, intrusive questions that have nothing to do with my care (which is of the bare-bones, throw pills in your face for every problem variety), and a stunning lack of professionalism.

Avoid this place at all cost!

very dishonest doctor , doctor barg , she charges the patient under the table by cash.
i honestly don't think she is a doctor , she is mean and does not care about the patient , all she thinks about is her own purse.
i think she has a fake doctor degree.
ask the clinic for different doctor.

Ever since they started "making changes" at this facility I have NOT been able to get things done. It seems to me that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there they either take their sweet time or act like they can't help me. I am seriously considering finding help elsewhere because I am NOT getting the proper help that I need. This place really needs to be shut down because they are all unprofessional and incompetent.

Terrible service. I had an appointment on Decmeber 1, 2014 at 8am. I was waiting outside since 7:40am for them to open the doors. The doors were not opened until 8:04am. There was one lady ahead of me in line so i was the second person to check in and the receptionist was too busy socializing on the phone and with peers. When she checked me in everything seem to be fine until i noticed Dr.Sigmund called 3 people before me and i asked the receptionist why three patients have gone before me if from my understanding i was going to be his first patient. Their response was you were late for your appointment therefore you're going to have to wait until whenever he has time to see you. I responded with I was not late you did not open the door until 8:04 am and your receptionist was busy socializing and not checking in patients. They still continued to say i was late. One this is if i was late i would be like ok fine i was late so i will wait but what angers me is that they are not owning up to their mistakes for not opening the doors on time. I decided to leave because i found it ridiculous how i have to wait because of their irresponsible staff,
