I have been to many facial salons and dermatologists over the years, and I have had a range of experiences. When I met Soraya, she told me many things that I could do to improve my skin. At my age,61, I had used many expensive creams and treatments. When I began going to Soraya, she promised that my dry blotchy skin would improve and glow after a few months of treatments and she was right. She is Amazing! I have been going to Soraya for many months now and I must say that she changed my life. I have tried everything to get rid of my facial hair, including creams, waxing, devices to rub the hair off, expensive gadgets that are shown on tv and I can personally say that none of them worked for me. I actually had an underlying medical condition which makes more hair grow thicker and darker, Soraya brought that to my attention and recommended that I see a medical doctor and I did just that. Because of her I am taking medication to make myself better and along with the laser treatment that she provides I feel like a new woman and I am much happier. I recommend this place since I had multiple microdermabrasion done here and laser treatment. My face looks much better now than when I started the treatment. Soraya is professional. She educated me on options to improve my skin condition. I know my skin looked bad and I always covered with tons of makeup. Does electrolysis hurt? Not much, but some areas (and some people) are more sensitive than others. A numbing cream is available if you need it, and she'll adjust the equipment to a more tolerable setting. After several years of having electrolysis at another place with skin damage and bad results, I saw Soraya’s location as I was driving by one day and decided to give her a call. I have been going to GentleLase for over 8 years or so. It's a great local owned skin care establishment. Soraya, the owner and skin care specialist is wonderful. She is always professional and very helpful and tentative to my various requests needs. I started off doing electrolysis with her on my chin and the results were amazing. My skin on my face cleared up when I didn't even realize it would since I was only trying to have the hair removed. I guess from constantly touching my face I was spreading oil and germs. From there I started doing electrolysis on my bikini area and am so happy I did. Since then she has now started doing laser hair removal. I have done my arm pits, bottom legs, thighs and am trying to decide if there is anything else. Despite the hair removal techniques, she is also great at facials and eyebrow waxings.
