Excellent work! This is the second painting job we have had Caballero do at our home in Arlington VA 22207 area. Two years ago they painted our entire first floor - a huge undertaking complicated by a big snow storm. Despite this, they finished just a few days off schedule with everything impeccably completed. We just had them back to paint the master bedroom and this project was completed quickly and again, flawlessly. I will definitely hire them for other paint jobs.

I am president of a cluster association located in Reston and the cluster was in need of having the yellow fire lane curbs power cleaned and repainted. I obtained bids from (3) contractors and Caballero Painting was the low bid thus I contacted Willie Caballero to discuss background, qualifications, and specifics of work to be done (remember low bid is NOT always the best bid). After the conversation and a meeting on site I was totally confident in Caballero Painting doing the work and doing it correctly. My confidence proved correct in that Willie kept me informed of the work schedule, was on site to monitor work and provided an excellent job. I walked the job after they were finished and found a few minor paint drips...Willie walked the job and not only found those, but also a few areas that were not up to his standards. All were corrected. Highly recommend Caballero Painting Contractors...excellent pricing, honest, and perform to high standard.

We have used Caballero Painting and Contractors for the past five - six years. They are amazing. They have done everything from paint the exterior of our house; replace the screen on our porch and take care of other small carpentry issues. Willie goes above and beyond the call of duty. We used them this summer to power wash and stain our deck and fence. They did an outstanding job on everything! With the unpredictable weather, they had to come back numerous times to redo the staining on the deck. He completed that at no additional cost. After they were done, the deck looked great to us. When he came by to check after it was dry, he decided that it needed to be re-stained in a few places to make it look perfect. Again, that was at no additional cost and now the deck looks amazing. His crew was very thorough, and the result exceeded our expectations. The only delays we encountered were due to weather, and Willie communicated with us at every step.

Caballero Painting has been my interior and exterior painting, staining and power-washing go to for a number of years now. Willie and his crews are very courteous and always do an excellent job. Most recently, I have decided to move and I called and asked if they could come out that week and power-wash the house and paint the floor in the garage. They came out looked over the job with me gave me what I thought was a great price scheduled the job and got it done. Now my house is ready to show for Open House. I had my basement and guest bedroom painted in Vienna VA 22182 in the Tyson Corner area . They did a wonderful job and both rooms look amazing. The crew was really nice and went out of their way to work quietly around my baby. Before they left they cleaned everything up and it was cleaner than before they started. I would highly recommend this company!!!

They really are as good as it gets. We live in Centreville VA and just had our master bedroom interior painted, upstairs hallway, and ceilings painted in our townhouse. They arrived a few minutes early everyday, were super professional and unbelievably clean. By the end of every day, our house looked like a million bucks and I swear it was even cleaner then before they arrived. I really do love these guys. The painter was very nice and did an excellent job. Willie (owner) was just on top of it, he called ahead of time, made sure everything was set up correctly, called to check in and made sure everything was done right. Willie was very professional, thorough, did what he said he was going to do and his guys were top notch. He power washed my mom's in Oakton 22185 area deck and sidewalk and took care of an issue on her roof. I found them on a fluke and ended up speaking to Willie (the owner). He gave me a ton of time explaining the details of the job even though it was not a big job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. Looking for a great Painter in Vienna Va 22180.Great work and a very thorough cleanup. Best part, you can leave them on their own. The painters were very polite and quiet. You hardly even knew they were around. Willie knows his paint and wallpaper for sure. No qualms about recommending them. One of the best crews I have come across in a long time

We have used Caballero Painting Contractors twice in the last 4 years. They did a complete exterior paint a few years ago, where they repaired a lot of rotted wood on our house. This year, they came back for a touch up and re-caulk of a few places where the earthquake caused some settling. Willie and his crew are always punctual, professional, and polite. They do really good work, and when they are gone the work area is spotless. They will by my first call for future painting needs.

I recently contracted with Caballero Painters to paint the exterior of my residence. With over 50 years in the facilities maintenance area I can state that the painting crew was top notch. They were highly professional and did their work quickly. Willie supplied management/supervisory oversight and visited the work site on numerous occasions.
