It sucks this place closed because I lived right down the street. Turns out another salon bought the unit right out from under them so they had no choice but to move out. Luckily I went in like the last week and left my contact information so I could be notified when they find a new place. The owner Briana called me after a month and let me know that instead of re-opening, her and one of her employees, Lauren, are now at Bella Mia off 2nd and Bear Valley. She also informed me that if you mention that you are a former regular of S.V. Nails that the prices will be kept the same, except for pedicures I think she said, and that if you had any gift certificates from them they would still honor it there but you have to make sure you ask for Briana or Lauren when you call Bella Mia or even if you still call Spring Valley Nails, it ll go to Briana s cell (that s what I do). I m just happy to know they re still out there
Since the new owner took over, this salon has done a total 360. The new owner is a little blonde girl and she is so sweet! Everyone she has working there is amazing, the attitudes are great, they are welcoming and their customer service is far beyond anything Ive ever experienced at a salon. They offer a wide variety o services, and even though everyone is very young they all seem experienced far beyond their years. You know you'll leave their happy because everything is guarenteed for a week. No matter what happens- your fault or not, they fix it no questions aked! I know because Im hard on my nails and have broken a few. As long as it s in that first week. I love Spring Valley Nails and I am happy to support them and help them grow as a new and upcoming business. These girls deserve it!
I have been getting manicures and pedicures from Amy for more than three years and I will not go anywhere else. They are professional and if I make an appointment I never have to wait.
