I suggest you find a different shop, extremely slow 2 hours to change a tire. Customer service was in desirable I had to ask what needed to be repaired. Waited for a part which was 5 minutes away. Run don't walk to a different tire dealer. town and country tire in Victorville had all four tires and an alignment onu wife's car done within an hour. Certified took over 2 hours to change one tire. Save your self some frustration.

This review must be taken seriously, as I was there same day. They have a very good way of presenting themselves as sincere, but even a better way of explaining what your car needs as they include, unfortunately, a very slick and unethical way of making you feel that you would be an utter fool if you decline to have their suggested repairs done. Its like, don't you care about youself and the safety of your own family?? I came to this site to write my own review about this place and I see I am not the only one who's been seriouisly taken advantage of causes I am a woman, or anyone that doesn't really know a whole lot of technical auto related knowledge. And now I don't have to write my own review and may keep myself annonymous by not saying what, if any, repairs I myself had at this place. I support this review by upset couple whose boyfriend I didn't see there, but I gather truth about what they did to her and her Sentra, was discovered by her boyfriend and he knew better. You know I was mislead too that this place was an official Goodyear Auto Center too, as they even wear their logos on their clothes. Very misleading, deceitful. I hope and pray they close these people down or they change their ways, and in the meantime, people take heed and take their car to a real and authorized Goodyear dealer.

CAUSE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOIW TO DO A SIMPLE 03 SENTRA COOLING SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC CHECK, WITHOUT FIRST CAUSING YOUY TO HAVE A NEW GOODYEAR CREDIT CHARGE ACCT WITH A BALANCE OF AT LEAST $529.34, CAUSE YOUR CAR TO NOW TO OVERHEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN, AFTER YOU GET CAR BACK WITH THEIR ASSURANCE THAT IT WONT OVERHEAT AGAIN, IT WAS AN AIR BUBBLE, YOU TO SWITCH YOUR FOCUS AND OBJECTIVE OF FINDING OUT CAUSE OF AND FIXING THE INTERMITTENT OVERHEATING PROBLEM, AND THAT YOU SHOULDNT WORRY CAUSE NOW YOU AT LEAST GOT NEW POWER STEERING FLUID, BRAKE FLUID, AND TRANMISSION FLUID, AND A SPRAY SHOT OF THROTTLE BODY CLEANER, FOR $529.34. THEIR COOLING SYSTEM TEST OF $49.99 D O E S N O T INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: CHECK RADIATOR CAP, RADIATOR FOR CLOGS,WATER PUMP, BLOCK FOR HIGH PRESSURE LEAKS, OR CARE TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURE'S INSTRUCTIONS OR WARNINGS OF IMPROPER RE-FILLING OF COOLANT WILL LEAD TO EXACTLY WHAT SYNMPTOMS YOUR CAR HAD IN THE BEGINING.
