My girlfriend and I recently purchased a 2016 Silverado 1500 from Rancho Motor Company and our experience was fantastic. The dealership's GSM, Jason, helped us when we walked in to the dealership. Jason asked us what we were looking for then walked us out and introduced us to our salesman, Daniel Crowley. Daniel went above and beyond in helping us find the truck we were looking for. He asked us which options we wanted, which ones were must-haves and which ones we could live without. He was very knowledgeable about the Silverado. Before the test drive, he went over some of the finer points and details. After our test drive Daniel and Jason guided us through the financing options and the part of the sale that is typically the least-enjoyable was made very easy. We got exactly the deal we were hoping for and the perfect truck. Daniel's attentiveness really shows the care this dealership gives to its customers. I'm sure we will do business with Rancho Motor Company again in the future!
I went in to schedule an appointment because my 2013 Genesis turbo coupe had a squealing in the fan blower. Rebecca from Service came right outside to listen to it - then she scheduled me an appointment (in 2 days) for a road test and service. (The squealing got louder as the car was driven - sound would sometimes quit when car was idle.) So I go in for my appointment, and the technician (wish I had his name) jumped in with me for a road test. We went less than 60 seconds down the road and he said "Ok - you're right - it is the fan blower. Turn it around and lets go back to the shop." I was told it would be 3-4 days for the part and that they would call me when it came in. The ONLY reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star review is that I never received a call when the part came in. I waited 10 days or so, then I went back to the service department to check on the status - sure enough, the part was in.
My service rep, Joann is the reason I continue to go to Rancho for service. She takes away any fear I have of being "ripped off" as they say, by dealerships. I am a type A personality and need details. She answers all my questions without making me feel talked down to. As a woman that is a big plus! Her being the front man gives me the confidence to trust the service men as well. First impressions are very important and Im hear to tell you that anyone Joann has taken care of is CERTAIN to return. I have never had to return for improper maintenanmce or service on my vehicle. Ranch Motors Is a dealership that offers outstanding service with freindly and kind representives. Thanks for taking the sting out of vehicle repairs!
