Hello, i have read the comments posted about steve here and cannot remain silent. I have done business with steve and his employees for years and while it is true that english is not his native language his quality of workmanship in no way suffers, nor is his ability to understand or communicate with his clients impaired. Additionaly steve is prompt in rectifying any issue a customer may have, to the extent that every time i see him he asks me about the condition of the job he did on my vehicle (whic was very well done). All i can say about these negative comments is that i seriously doubt that these &quot;customers&quot; ever mentioned to steve that there was an issue, because if he knew there was a problem it would have been taken care of. I personally doubt these are even real customer reviews at all, but if they are i would strongly urge the reviewers to contact steve and give him the chance to rectify the problem.
Great people, excellent service, outstanding work. After an accident with my Honda Odyssey,insurance recommended by , and I thought I'll give it a try. The first big advantage is that they have everything on site: insurance, body shop and car rental. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The repair was a fast than expected, We got the car back in perfect condition, detailed and perfectly done. Only after I had my car back for a few days I realized that they even fixed some spots around the car that have not even been part of the accident. Thanks for the great work.
My car was stolen two weeks ago in front of my house. The sheriff recovered it but my insurance said because it is a 1996 Thunderbird it is considered "salvage" and would pay nothing to repair it. I went to A & D. My car needed extensive work on the driver's door. The work is outstanding. His staff spent hours simply cleaning my car which the thief had really trashed. I would return without hesitation. His professionalism is genuine, his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him.
