I won't comment on the quality of the food since most people have had Taco Bell at some point and know what to expect. I never eat inside, I always use the drive-thru and the service is always great. The employees repeat everything back to you and take their time to get it right and their greeting is always polite and not 'ugh here's your total' in an 'I hate my job' tone. They truly act like they don't mind being there, which is unusual with fast food employees. I rarely see any teenagers working, or if they do they must not work the night shift much. The staff is always friendly and the food comes out quick and I never have to wait.
I love the drinks there but their food is so overpriced for the quality. They need to be more realistic about what they're serving and not charge as much as restaurants. I'd gladly pay for the food more if it were 30 percent less than what it costs. My boyfriend and I once spent over $15 on 2 meals and drinks between us. They need to calm down with those prices.
I always end up here on nights I don't have anything to do the next day and get in the mood for a midnight snack. The burgers are delicious and so are their breakfast items. It can be slow sometimes, though. Definitely expect to wait if you go on a weekend. It's kind of pokey even when there's just one car ahead of you. But the wait is worth it.
