Croom Construction Company has been building high quality homes in Vero Beach, Florida for more than 25 years. Croom Construction builds homes in all of the select communities in Vero Beach. Croom has built more than 40 homes in Oceanside Village at John s Island and has done extensive remodeling on some of the original homes. All of these beachside homes have private walled-in rear courtyards and pools. Croom Construction has built an impressive portfolio of banks, schools, office buildings, clubhouses, condominiums and other specialized buildings. Croom is small enough to provide personal service and attention to detail, with site superintendents who take charge of only a few projects at a time. The company s volume of contracts allows it to maintain in-house experts and a stable of craftsmen and subcontractors with proven skills and abilities. In addition, Croom has established its own painting division.
