For a second year in a row, I have found myself in this particular Dunkin' Donuts on Independence Day. Following a fireworks exhibit in Riverside Park, my kids wanted ice cream and ice cream is what they got. 31 favors of Baskin-Robbins and plenty of options to chose from. Store was busy and our server indicated they were out of sugar cones. My twins had the kids cup at $1.99 while my wife and I had the single cup at $2.29 each. Menu is slightly confusing offering a number of different options that seem to conflict with each other. Pay attention if you want an ice cream with topping options - it may be cheaper to order the Sundae and exclude items from it. Service was friendly and quick. Restrooms weren't as clean as they could be and some of the tables could have used a little better servicing. Four servers on duty following a nearby Vero Beach fireworks demonstration. They seemed well staffed and locked the doors at 10:07 p.m. on a 10:00 o'clock closing time. I wouldn't have closed the doors with a steady stream of customers in and out. Ice cream was good - no complaints from the kids. /s/ William E. Lewis Jr., Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Dear Bill, do you just go around bashing new local businesses? Everybody needs time to work the kinks out and im sure Tasty-o wasnt near perfect when they first opened their doors for the first time so lay off, i guarantee you if we put vero to a taste test they would prefer Doughboys over them any day. And just a little reminder the world dosent revolve around Bill. I know plenty of people who were more then satisfied with their food and service at Doughboys.
I just ordered a coffee and a bow tie donut. The coffee was great but the donut was very stale... I went around noon. Usually when I get donuts at that time they're still fresh .
MMM Coffee. I Wish they had Pumpkin all year!!
