Welcome to the HealthWise Medical Associates Family Care Network - Your Medical Home. Our Board Certified Family Practitioners, Internists and Pediatricians can provide care to every member of your family. HealthWise providers offer same day, urgent and non- urgent, appointments, travel clinics, and adult house calls to accommodate your busy schedule. The majority of our offices also offer evening hours, weekend hours when on call, and are accepting new patients. HealthWise participates with a large array of insurance plans. Our offices are strategically located in Tolland, Coventry, Vernon/Rockville, and Manchester. HealthWise strives to maintain optimum communication between office staff, patients, and famlies. Our office staff works together in a team care approach to coordinate the care given to our patients during your visit and in between. Our Team can coordinate the care your receive from specialists, case management programs or other community resources.
