CT Scooter Pros

Worst place to buy a scooter or anything motorized in New England. People who work here have not a clue about what their selling. They don't even assemble their scooters right. These are straight off the boat from china every single scooter, go cart, dirt bike, in this place. Last you a year tops if your lucky.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT BE CONNED OR FOOLED BY KYLE OR HIS TEAM. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR SCOOTER NOR HAVE EXPERIENCE TO FIX IT. MY SCOOTER HAS 500 MILES AND IS COMPLETLEY UNUSABLE IT NEEDS A TOP END REBUILD. I TOOK IT TO THIS DEALER TO BE LOOKED AT WITH 84 MILES BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RUNNING RIGHT THEY CLAIMED THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AND NOW TODAY ITS BLOWN UP. THEY SELL CHEAP CHINESE JUNK THAT WILL NOT EVER LAST REGARDLESS OF THE BRAND OR MODEL. ALL THE ENGINES ARE THE SAME THE GY-6 139 ENGINE GOOGLE IT ITS JUNK. I SPENT OVER $1,500 ON MY SCOOTER BECAUSE KYLE THE OWNER CLAIMED IT TO BE SUCH AN AMAZING GREAT QUALITY SCOOTER. AFTER A LITTLE OVER A MONTH IT IS UNUSABLE NEEDING THE ENGINE REBUILT, BRAKES WORN OUT, SHOCK ABSORBERS IN THE FRONT ARE SHOT AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, THE AIR BOX HOSE HAD LEAKS IN IT AND NEEDED TO BE RESEALED, I HAD TO REPLACE 4 DIFFERENT HOSES THAT DETERIORATED. THIS IS AFTER A MONTH AND A WEEK. I HAVE ANOTHER LANCE SCOOTER I BOUGHT FROM HERE AT THE SAME TIME AND IT HAS 45 MILES, THE GAS TANK IS ALREADY RUSTING OUT AND I KNOW HAVE TO REPLACE THAT. I SPENT OVER 4K AND AM STUCK WITH 2 USELESS JUNK SCOOTERS. THANKS KYLE JAY FOR ROBBING ME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I REALLY HOPE PEOPLE LISTEN TO THIS AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT EXPERIENCED IN SERVICE, WILL NOT BACK THE WARRANTY, AND HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO FIX YOUR SCOOTER BECAUSE IF THEY DID WHEN I BROUGHT MINE IN THEY WOULD HAVE FOUND THE ISSUE AND FIXED IT THERE AND THEN. INSTEAD THEY SENT ME HOME SAYING MY SCOOTER WAS FINE AND 400 MILES LATER ITS DEAD. THANKS AGAIN.

I just bought a Sport 50 from Connecticut Scooter Pros and I am very pleased with the perfomance, gas mileage and quality of this scooter. Before I made my purchase I did alot of research and found other scooter dealers but none that seemed as reputable and customer orientented as CT Scooter Pros. Scooter Pros was the only dealer I found that offered a 1 yr Parts AND Labor warranty and they have parts in stock and most importantly they service what they sell. If you are looking for a scooter make sure you give these guys a call. You will be very pleased with their A+ service and the large selection of scooters in stock.

Had a Great buying Experience at CT scooter Pros....They are very knowledgable, helpful and extremely professional! The bonus is the fact that I get 110 Miles per Gallon! I would Deffinetally reccomend CT Scooter Pros to ANYONE in the Market!
