Independent Transmission

I was so impressed by their shop.
Independnet Transmission is very honest and reasonable. Chris was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the problems to me. It costs less than any other shop I called. I found them in the internet. And they are the #1 transmisison shop and auto repair shop in ventura county.

I was told by other transmission shop and I took my car to Chris at Independent Transmission told me that speed sensor and changing my fluids can fix my problem.
I got my car back and runs so great.
It's been over 2 years and still runs good.

I towed my 99 Nissan Altima to Independent Transmission because it was making a really loud grinding noise and it wouldnt go forward or back I was stressing I thought it was going to be a major repair but within minutes of being at the shop the very friendly mechanics at Independent diagnosed my car and let me know what was the problem, they found out my trans-axel was broken which made my car not able to move. After ordering the part they needed for my car they stayed open longer than usual just so that i was able to drive off in my car that same day they were very quick and very clean and their price was very reasonable. I am Forever Thankful to Independent Transmission and whenever my car has any problems again I Guarantee that i will always take it to them!

They do a very professional job, their estimate was right around what I had to pay and they kept me updated on the process. They were very polite and knowlegeable. I called a few shops and was quoted prices a little less but none could match the reputation this place has. I will go there again for further jobs and recommend them to anyone.
