Venice Regional Bayfront Health Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Center

The actual rehab center at this address is across the street from the hospital. The office staff is atrocious and incompetent. We were called and given a date and time for an appointment and the wrong street address. Upon arrival exactly at the appointment time we were told there was actually 15 minutes to spare. Then we were told the appointment was 2 hours later and we had confirmed all info the day before with a phone call. We were then given paperwork to fill out that belonged to another patient. The patient right behind us also had problems with the office people finding their paperwork. ( It was right on her desk!) We cancelled the test and will never go back to this place. They need some one to manage the staff as they are out in space and have no idea what is going on right in front of them. Absolutely terrible. Maybe my next e-mail needs to go to some medical board that can look in to this mess.
