This was possibly the best customer service I have received in years. I called at 10pm after we experienced leaking water come up from the bathroom floor, we had tried to call our rental company but were unable to reach anyone. The gentlemen I spoke to was very polite and very helpful. He realized that I was in a very tough situation since I could not make any real decisions without speaking to my rental company first. Knowing this he assisted me in shutting off the water to the house so that I could wait to until the morning. We hung up after he explained the process. After I shut the water off I went back inside to hear the phone ringing. He was calling me back just to make sure I had been able to find where to turn the water off.I work for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers and this gentlemen was a great example of this. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they are fabulous!
