The team at this location is terrific. I have an issue because they charge me for an extra day if the car is returned after they close. This does not make sense since the car is available for them to rent on the next day. It seems to me that they are double dipping by charging me for the day and also charging the actual renter for the same day. I have asked them about it and they indicate that the computer automatically does this. It makes is seem like the work for the computer. I want them to work for the customer.
I have been renting from National for 8--10years. I love chosing the car from the aisle because I am not fond of SUV's. This is the second time the car was not clean..you must have a system of checking the trunk and the consoles for trash. These are minor problems that you have in the past corrected. I love National.
Been renting from National twice a month for 6 months. Tried all the competitors and will stay with national exclusively. Very clean, low mileage vehicles at the right price with the fastest, no hassle service. If you rent thru anyone else your losing out.
