Find another Dentist! I recently took my 6 yr old daughter here to have 3 filings done...her first time ever having work done. They made me leave the room and then later asked me to come back because my daughter was very scared and upset and was not wanting to finish the procedure...I was not happy about having to leave in the first place, but tried to trust their judgement. After about half an hour of hearing my daughter crying they finally let me and then my husband try to calm her down. While I was in the room the assistant kept saying to my child "we just had a 3 yr old in here and they did not cry" I did not appreciate that, but was trying to just console my child...so after at least another 30 minutes or so we finished. It was a terrible experience for my daughter and me! Then I get a letter from my insurance stating that this dentist actually charged me $53.00 for "Behavior Management"...really? I called and asked about the fee that I did not agree to nor know I was to be charged and was told ... "that was the only way that we were going to get paid for our time"....I did not realize that Dentist have started charging by the hour like mechanics! Terribly disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone who has children!
I wasnt expecting anything out of the ordinary when taking my daughter to the dentist but this is a beautiful office and the dentist is really nice. I was really surprised. I am telling everyone I know to go.
