I am in complete agreement with all previous reviews. Wish I had thought to check this before attempting to 'do business' with this shady company! They post a home available but one has to view it first before getting a 'first come/first serve' application on it, but you cannot view it for more than 2 weeks because it's 'occupied'. So one must be 'pre-approved' for whenever it does become available at $100 CASH for 2 people! One week after paying this and never getting to see the home, it was suddenly not available for rent! The owners want to sell now? Come ON! Don't owners also have to give 30 day notice??? LOST $100!!!! Rip off place - AVOID AVOID AVOID

I agree with everybody here this is the worst Management company, I can not believe how dishonest they are and how much they lie to people. . After reading all the bad reviews I can't believe they are still out there. Worst customer service ever. They changed rent price after you have looked at the house. They updated the house info, and they posted it in different web sites with a different rent. This is a complete scam with false advertisement. They just want to take advantage of people, experiment what price people will be willing to pay for their place, and they just change it after, what a joke!! after reading the reviews it makes sense they have horrible ethics. I don't want people spending their time and money looking at their houses and dealing with dishonest people.

$100 App Fee in cash, dont do it!

Dont pay wsg and no fridge, mold, bad seals around door, pet odor.

Makes you give 30 days notice before processing $100 application.

This company is shady, stay away!
