List of errors:

*1/2 inch off on foundation

*1 inch off on the garage door opening

*No sleeves for septic, water and drain lines(as requested and typical)

*The pads of the front porch posts were not made tall enough so as they made it the wood post would have to be buried and even though it is pressure treated would eventually rot away.

*The J bolts shown on the plan were not placed in the concrete though they said they would do everything according to the plans. +They did come back to drill and place bolts but they are not as secure type as they are not embedded in the concrete.

*They missed placing four hold downs. The inspector got involved on this one to make sure it was done right.

*Now the most recent thing found is that if a home has 20ft of concrete footings the rebar must stick out and will be used for ground on the homes electrical. +NCC is not answering us so we must pay to do this ourselves.
