My parents and I had an appointment with Erica for 10:am Thursday. She called to say she would be late and would be there by 11:00. At 12:05 she called to say that they had decided that my parents couldn't afford their services. How they came to this conclusion is beyond us, as it is not true. I certainly would not entrust the care of my 80+ year old parents to this place when they are unreliable and obviously uncaring, unconcerned and uninformed.
