I really appreciated Lyndon Ruhnke and his staff. They were thorough and timely. I really liked how Lyndon told us exactly what was going to happen and when we followed his instructions, using his knowledge of the law, we were able to complete a bankruptcy without any hold up. If you've done everything you can and are being forced into a bankruptcy because you're living paycheck to paycheck due to creditors and their unwillingness to work with you, then Lyndon Ruhnke is the one you need to talk to. Filing for bankruptcy was weighing on my wife and I for quite some time. We both were worried and pushing off the inevitable. I had done some research so I was relatively up on the current law but, in reality, this topic is so vast that one can never be completed ready for it.
Then I found Baxter and Baxter. I contacted them and immediately got a call back from Lyndon Ruhnke. He was straight forward and blunt and this was right up my alley. I love direct communication. I could really form a rapport with him and he made me feel very comfortable.
When the appointment time came for my wife, daughter and I to go to the review, we were sort of nervous. Right away, Lyndon made us feel comfortable. We swiftly went through all the documentation and we were set. He reassured us and then it was over. Just like that.
The final phases were pretty much smooth sailing. After he got us up to speed and explained everything, the final review and court date seemed not so bad. He showed up on time and handled the court filings like a pro.
We really recommend Baxter and Baxter to anyone looking for a great attorney to help with bankruptcy filings. Lyndon was great. -

Lyndon Runke was a huge help to me recently when I had to make the difficult decision wether to file for bankruptcy or not. He explained the process to me in detail and took away much of the fear I had surrounding the "stigma" of this action. After struggling for years with a mounting debt due to circumstances out of my control, I finally decided that I needed a clean start. We HIGHLY recommend Lyndon Rhunke if you have to face bankruptcy. It was the most difficult decision we have ever had to come to. He explained the process step by step, kept us calm and sympathized with us. He helped us make some painful decisions that down the road were to our benefit. He is genuine and we feel he really cares. He wants what is best for you and your situation. When ever we had a question he got right back to us and was so helpful. I used Lara to help me file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had seen another attorney, but felt like he didn't explain things very well to me. Lara explained things clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. She obviously had knowledge and expertise about the subject. Lara returned all my phone calls quickly and was available to help when I needed it. I was feeling pretty guilty and awful about having to file bankruptcy. With compassion and understanding, Lara helped me see where I could make changes, but also how the system contributed to my financial problems. My experience with Baxter & Baxter was outstanding. I am so grateful for their representation. As a victim of identity theft ranging back to the 1980s, I found myself continually fighting the credit bureaus to clean my credit report of false information. The final straw occurred when I was forced to take my name off the deed of our home because of false information on my credit report. Fortunately for me I found the law firm of Baxter & Baxter LLP who brought a case against Equifax under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. After a weeklong trial in federal court, a jury returned a verdict of $200000. Best of all, I finally got a clean credit report. I am so appreciative of the excellent work done by Justin and Michael Baxter — not only due to the results of the lawsuit, but because of the personal and caring attention I received. I wholeheartedly recommend the legal services of Baxter & Baxter!

Swift, kind, thoughtful, and responsive Filing bankruptcy is a difficult and often painful decision to come to. I had an exorbitant amount of medical bills and there was no way I could claw out of the black whole I was in. Lyndon Runhke was my attorney. He took me through the process swiftly and always made me feel at ease. He always responded to my questions quickly (even when they were very busy). Lyndon Ruhnke and Justin Baxter represented me in a dispute with an out of state business. They did a great job of litigating the case against the business, and worked out a good settlement with the opposing lawyer. Lyndon did a good job of explaining our options to us at the outset, and walking us through the process of getting a good settlement.
