Adequate car selection for my vehicle, attentive product specialist and salesman, better looking waiting area than other dealerships. The sales person was so nice and dealership follow-up service is good so far. Finally, I find Keyes Lexus has really big inventory and willingness to negotiate price. Great experience!

They do what they say within the time promised. They lend me a car so that I don't have to stick around. They don't push extra services and give me a time line when it would be truly necessary to do something if I don't want to do it at this time.
