DO NOT TRUST. See website for 'restocking fee.' It's not there. Business owner Steve is extremely rude and if you order you better hope nothing goes wrong because customer service is non existent. Receptionist first said "we don't take returns."
From their website return policy "Childguard Industries Inc., guarantees satisfaction. We will refund the purchase price of any in-stock item that the buyer is not satisfied with."
I did not even mention to them about the poor instructions that made the $250+ gate essentially useless. Before returning some sections of fence I spoke to Steve and his receptionist on separate occasions and no penalties were mentioned. So I asked him if it's not on your website or in any kind of writing you could charge 30% for all I know. Well he said do you want me to charge you 30%? I'll do it.
So basically if you make a transaction and have no concerns worth mentioning then fine, you have a bunch of poles and mesh just as advertised. However, if you think there is even a slight chance you will need to contact them for service on ANYTHING then you might as well pound your head on a brick wall because that'll be more effective. On that note you can seriously question the whole 6 year warranty thing, too. I'm certainly not counting on it and hoping this holds up or I'm down a good chunk of change.
