Frustrating.... I had a great 99' Lexus, it was good on gas, four seats to fit comfortable, and the power I enjoyed. However it was over ten years old, it was time to get things figured out so I could get another vehicle with warranty. I decided to spend my easter sunday looking at cars at a few local dealers to see what I wanted and get an idea of a price range. I spent a good 3 hours going lot to lot. I found 3 cars all at different dealers but close to each other. So I decided today I would go ahead and test drive all three and decide from there which one would be best and by the end of the week go buy the one I chose for me. Went to the first dealer, they said they had to run my credit, BS BS BS. I felt pressured to HAVE to purchase I left. Went to Miller Honda in Van Nuys, nice people but I was not to thrilled with the way it drove. Went to the last dealer which was Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys, the dealership was very nice, and WELL staffed. The staff that I was put with was great, they let me drive the 2009 Lexus that I saw yesterday with out pushing me to do anything I was not to sure about. I was very please with all the accommodations it had and of course the color was elegant. I left and knew that I really wanted that specific car, I went home told my husband all about it and that was that. I just got home and am a happy owner of a new 2009 Lexus from Keyes Lexus Thanks for everything.

I have had the same car for the last 7 years. My family and friends are always giving me a hard time about the look and the feel of my car. Last week my mother and I were having a conversation about my car and she finally convinced me it was time to at least look into getting a different, more reliable vehicle. I came across Keyes Lexus on the internet and all the reviews for the dealership are very detailed about the good service this dealership provides. Today I met with Joey and I sure am glad I did. He was so straight forward and actually very friendly. Anything I asked he had the answer for without the pressure that usual salesmen tend to have. Even though I love my beat down car by the time I was done talking to Joey my mind was definately made up. I bought a 2010 Lexus and just to let everyone know I love it!!! Thanks to Joey and all the sales team for helping make this happen. Plus I actually got a better deal than I origianlly thought I was gonna get. My family and friends will no longer have bad things to say about my car.
My lease was coming to an end and I knew I had gone over miles, had a few dings and dents on the car and well lets be honest I didn’t take care of it the way I should of. I came in the month the lease was over and they inspected the car and came back with a number that I wasn’t expecting. The amount I owed was over 5k. Ryan broke it all down for me, it was all charges for abuse/damage and miles. I had no other option but to buy it and try to sell it so I wasn’t out so much money. Ryan said he would be right back and went to speak to a MGR. He came back to me and said that he doesn’t feel right doing this to a returning customer. I told him I need a new car and I don’t want to pay for all these charges. All said and done after a while of running numbers, 3 different test drives, and them helping me with the old car. I Walked away with only putting down 3k and a brand new car that I bought (no more lease). For the rest of the money I owed it was a wash. They really do care for their customers and have a ton of patients. Thx Keyes.
