Countrywide Process

One of the processors for this company Arturo Chayra filed a false service. Arturo claims to have served someone at my house that doesn't exist. He made up a name and stated a time when I was home. This company appears to take anyone that will sign up with them. I would not recommend this service.

I had doubts that they could get the job done. However, I gave them the paperwork, address, description of the person and within days I had confirmation that the paperwork had been served. L.A. Sheriff's Dept tried 6 times and couldn't get the job done. In court, the judge accepted all of the documents because they were done correctly and had been served properly.



On a side note, I did win my case and I saw first hand how improper paperwork will delay and set back your court hearing. I had no delays and won my case quickly and swiftly because everything was done right.
