I'm new to the area and a girl... So finding a mechanic that won't price gouge me on things I know nothing about can be difficult. My car was making a bunch of weird noises and I'm trying to explain them and they seemed very professional and kind about it. I had gone to another place for diagnostics initially, but the price they quoted me was like $1000. So I checked out Bill's because of all the great reviews and it's close to my house. Come to find out, the previous diagnosis wasn't even accurate and the actual problems were much cheaper.... About $350! The other place was trying to sell me parts that were expensive and wouldn't have fixed the problem! Bill's made sure to actually address the problem and there was no up selling or price gouging. I was also able to get an appointment super fast and they were done within hours. At the other place they told me I'd have to rent a car for a few days, Bill's had it done in hours. Just so pleased and have already recommended them to a number of people. As a single woman, finding a mechanic can be very difficult, but I found a great one!

They are really honest and priced well. I have used them for years. I have even taken my car there after another mechanic has given me a list of things that "have" to be done asap. The folks at Bill's will look at it and tell me if it even needs to be done, and if so, how urgent it needs to be done. They are always priced better than the competition. Thanks Bill's!
