  Customer, be aware.

  Customer, be aware. In 2005 I purchase my new Toyota Prius from this dealership, I was told that if I buy extended service contract from them and if there were no claim during the terms of the contract I will get full refund the end of the terms with some other condition attached.
  
  Now that my contract is over and I have met all of their condition they are refusing to refund me due to the fact that they did not paid to buy the insurance needed to pay the refund.
  
  So please avoid buying any thing from this place, they are dishonest, if you have experienced similar to me please contact me in order to take action against them.
