I’d like to bring to your attention how amazingly helpful your staff was at your Volkswagen dealership when we leased the car. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment my daughter Nikki drove her new car away, everyone was helpful, professional and friendly, making us feel completely at home and comfortable every step of the way. Your manager, Edward Hong, deserves special recognition. He made it clear, right from the start, that given the circumstances there was simply no way he was going to let your Hyundai team take this transaction away from him, and he certainly lived up to his vow. He and I also got a chance to chat during the process, and a nicer guy simply can’t be found. I’d also like to mention one of your salespeople, Jim Kleinman, who met us at the door when we first walked in and stayed with us and worked with us every step of the way, making sure we were fully informed, and had everything we needed to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He’s also maintained terrific after-sale contact and follow-up. Very impressive, and another really nice guy.

I was looking online for a car that fit my style, and budget, so I looked at buying a Pre-Owned MINI. Having a couple stock numbers from their website in hand I went to MINI of Valencia, where I was met by Peter Abramian. I asked for the two stock numbers to see them onsite, and Peter immediately got the keys. The entire time I was onsite from test drive to the turnover of the keys, I was there for all of 2 hours, instead of the usual 4-6 I was getting at other dealers. Carlos, the Finance Manager, was helpful in going over the documentation as necessary and got me through the whole process quickly and clearly. I chose to buy a Pre-owned MINI Cooper S Clubman, which I am very happy with. I will be back to get my future MINI's from this dealer.
This is first time I brought my van to this place. My van had a accident and was hit at the head. I thought dealer may provide better service, but changed my mind after further research. So I decided to give this independent body shop a chance. They first said it might take about one week, but eventually it took more than 2 weeks due to the delay of part ordering/shipping. They didn't give me any discount even though I asked many times. The reason I gave 5 stars is that the car runs great for the past 3 months since the repair. They also fix some scratch on the hood for free which I didn't ask. Overall, I think they are doing good quality service.
