Good guy. Great teaching style even for those of us who just want to be able to hit a better backhand but don't want to conquer Wimbledon.



Had numerous other friends who have kids taking lessons from David and they speak very highly of him.



Plays and teaches to the level of the student. You can't go wrong spending some time working with David to take your game to the next level.

David is the best tennis coach I've ever had! He really takes the time to learn your game and work with you on improving it, and I mean all of your game (from your equipment to your strokes). On top that his 1 hour lessons are some the best workouts I you can get (and I run and mtn bike). David is a really nice person and make every effort to make sure you're getting what you want/need out of the lessons. With David's extensive experience and certifications he keeps things very fresh with all new types of drills and games. I recommend David's House of Tennis to anyone that wants a tough but fair coach for learning the game of tennis.



PS. David coaches all age groups and the physically impaired. I have personally helped him with drills and games with some of his other teenagers and handicapped students.

I think Coach David is the best coach ever. He has taught me so much in the past 8 years I have been training with him. He goes the extra mile and makes us stay after.. which normally would be embarassing,, but in this case is fun and I can practice with the next class. My coach CARES!

Dear David, Thank you for all your hard work. The prices you give on racket restringing and bags, shoes, rackets have been much more fair and come with alot more knowledge. You have been a great coach to my children. They really like attending weekly for there class. It offers them excercise, hand eye coordination and a life long sport. Keep up the great work.

Since I started with Dave I definitely increased my game in all aspects. He changed a lot of things like my forehand from a western to one more continental, and now I can hit more forehand winners. He also made improvements in my backhand making it more consistent and powerful. Also he taught me more stuff making my game more diverse. As a consequence I got my first final in my very first tournament that I played (4.0).

David is a very good professional, persistent, methodical and easy to follow, therefore totally recommended if you want to improve your game, and I would say that he is the best in Santa Clarita that I've seen so far.

Both of my daughters attend David's tennis classes. My oldest who is nine has been with David for almost 4years and my youngest who is six has been taught by him for over 2 years. They enjoy going to the class and over the years I have watched their skills improve significantly, David also makes it fun. He jokes and relates to the children at their level. My youngest had to watch her older sister and begged David to let her play for a year prior to her turning four.

I watch her and it amazing to see her coordination and power when she connects with the ball. It is also great how David matches up the children with others with similar skill levels. He is very patient and my children have learned so much about the game and how to play from David Schwartz.

I am so impressed with Dave's coaching skills. He spots bad habits and makes timely corrections.

I have 3 children who have all taken tennis lessons from David. We have had private, semi-private, group, and summer camp. David is very flexible in his scheduling and has reasonable rates, besides being an awesome coach! He looks at each player individually and teaches to his or her strengths and weaknesses. I have seen great progress!!

I had a couple tennis coaches before David, but they didn't compare. The coaches before had seen my swing (which had some flaws) and didn't try to change it. They said that it was ok, and that if i practiced it would get better. David however, saw my swing and dissected my swing and told me what I was doing right and wrong. He gave me tips on how to fix what was wrong, and how to improve what was already right. He did the same with my serve: broke it up into sections, showed me the different ways that people serve, showed me which ways were similar to mine, and helped me develop my serve. He took what I already knew, and showed me what was wrong and how to do it right. My coaches before just accepted the way I played and tried to make my way better (which failed). David also taught me very valuable tennis strategies. I believe that David is a very likable person, and a great coach.

David has been coaching me for almost a year now, and my tennis has improved considerably. I went in as a 2.0+ and am now playing at 2.5+, heading for 3.0. My serve is consistent (and back to being a weapon), my groundstrokes are accurate (especially my backhand), and my overall game strategy has been elevated.



David has a very personable demeanor that is effective in communicating the concepts to those who want to improve their game. I can highly recommend his services, in either a private lesson (which works for me) or in a small group.

I grew up playing tennis and then took many years off. I've been playing with David for the past three years and not only has my game come back to life but David has helped me improve in all aspects and he makes it fun. He has lots of drills and ideas to tailor your lessons to meet your needs. He creates a tennis community through his connection with the USPTA, USPTR, USRSA, cardio tennis and organizing fun outings like the yearly Countrywide Classic tennis tournament at UCLA. Highly recommended!

They know everything about tennis. This is by far the most knowledgeable and helpful tennis staff in the country. There is no reason to go or look anywhere else.
