Love this place very honest and fair I had issues with my automobile and they resolved the issue quickly

My check engine light was on so I stopped in at another repair shop who did a diagnostic for $90. Whew! They told me it would cost me well over $3000 for parts and labor. I don't know about you but........ well I decided to shop around. Found Walker's Auto Repair in a Google search and I am so thankful I did. MR Lee and Ms Judy are awesome. They got me in and out car running smooth and they did not brake the bank. My car had a few other issues but Lee was able to take care of everything. MS Judy even gave me rides!! At this shop you get awesome friendly service at reasonable prices.

My car's air conditioner compressor locked up in Valdosta Ga. coming back from Tampa. Fl.

I had my car towed to Walker's Repair and the service was unbelievable.

Judy worked with me getting the best price on the new compressor and the cheapest tow service. Communication was excellent and the price was below what I would have paid in my hometown of Bowling Green Ky. I have never been treated better by an Auto Repair Service than I was at Walker's Auto Repair. First Class people that make the world a better place. I drove in from out of town and noticed that my car was making a tapping sound. We googled an auto repair shop in Valdosta and chose Walkers Auto Repair thanks to all of the good reviews. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. Ms. Judy fit us in first thing in the morning. The mechanic was friendly and solved my problem right away. It's nice to actually be provided with trustworthy service nowadays. I highly recommend!

My truck wouldn't turn over when I tried to crank it. I just put a new battery in and it didn't sound like the starter. When she had her Tech look at she thought it would take them two days to fix it. I told her that I need to get back home, 2.5 hours away, before tomorrow. She kept the opened an extra hour after they were suppose to close. Once I got there to pick it up Mrs Judy walked me through the receipt and the Tech showed me exactly what he did. I felt the price was fair and the service was great. Thank you Mrs. Judy for getting me home.

I visited WAR because of the great reviews I read online. I took my daughter's car to have the water pump replaced ($248). The mechanic also noticed the transmission bracket was loose. He explained that it would need to be welded back together. I asked for a quote, and at the time I was quoted $525. I left the car at the shop over the weekend so they could fix it. However, when it was time to pick up the car, I was told that I was given the incorrect quote, because they had forgotten to include labor cost for welding. The initial quote was only for removing and replacing the transmission. I wasn't too happy that I was given a different price after the job was completed. And to add icing on the cake, she told me she did me a favor by breaking the wheel lock to have access to the transmission. A favor? Really? After I have paid you nearly a grand to fix my daughter's car?

The prices are reasonable, the service is awesome! They truly care about their customers! They are a friendly "home town" auto repair shop that offers exemplary service! I highly recommend Walkers Auto Repair!

Absolute best cats to deal with! Took my truck to change a busted radiator, they supplied and installed the radiator for the price it cost me to buy one at O'Reillys. Always take care of my truck, they're the only shop in town in my book. Thank you for your service and caution to keep our vehicles pristine!

Walker's had the best customer service that I've ever seen in Valdosta Ga. The owner was very patient and kind with me and even gave me a ride to work since it was going to take awhile for my car to get fixed. I definitely recommend Walker's Auto Repair for anyone who is looking for good car service and even better customer service from the manager. MY BIGGEST BLESSING........MY CAR HAS BEEN BROKEN A YEAR I DINDNT HAVE THE FUNDS TO GET IT FIX(3500) AND THATS JUST THE MOTOR BY ITSELF SO I GAVE UP ON GETTING IT FIX....BACK IN JANUARY SOMEONE REFER ME TO WALKER AUTO SHOP......WELL I TALKED TO MRS JUDY AND BOOM BY THE TIME I KNEW IT HER MENS CAME 30MILES PICKING MY CAR UP,I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY BUT MY REFUND CHECK SHOULD BE COMING IN AND WAS IT ALRIGHT IF I PAID HER AT THAT TIME.....MY CAR BEEN FIX SINCE JANUARY AND ITS NOW JUNE AND THERE WAS A HOLD UP ON MY TAX RETURN BUT THANKS TO MRS JUDY SHE GAVE ME MY CAR FOR LIL OR NOTHING AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK WHEN I GET MY TAX......THAT WAS A BIG BLESSING BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW HER AND SHE TRUSTED ME TO BRING HER BACK 3000 AND GAVE ME A FULL TANK OF GAS OUT OF HER PICKETSHE IS SO SWEET.....OVER ALL SERVICE QUICK AND HER AND HER MACHANICS DO ALL THEY CAN TO MAKE U FEEL COMFORTABLE......I WOULD RATE THIER SERVICE ON THE SCALE 5STARS

Walker's Auto has gone above and beyond for me as a customer and for that, Im a loyal customer. Their prices are lower than anyone and they have excellent customer service. I have been a customer since 2010 and I always gladly recommend them when I speak about auto repair. They actually treat you like family instead of customer.
