J Randall Hicks PC

The ad in the phone book got my attention. Mr. Hicks is standing in front of a US Flag and he's a former Judge Advocate so I thought he would do a good job handling my legal issue for me. He seemed scatterbrained and really could not answer my questions clearly. I met him at his office to follow him downtown for a court appearance and he left without me. He returned for me and then sped all the way there( i could hardly keep up).
When at the courthouse he again appeared scatterbrained when I began asking questions. One day I came to his office to sign paperwork along with another party and we waited for about 20-30 minutes for him (we had an appointment). When we were escorted into his office, it appeared he was surfing the internet (while we were waiting) If I have any more legal issues I will NOT return to Mr. Hicks.

The team of Mr Hicks law firm were by far the best I have seen. They made me feel like part of their family and ensured I understood every process through my divorce. He was on top of every facet of our very complicated case, and even consulted and recruited another attorney from another law firm AT NO CHARGE TO US! It was not unusual for him to call us on a Saturday evening while working on our case from home. Highly recommended!
