        Our agency has been in business since 2007 with other locations in Waycross, Douglas, Baxley, and Valdosta. Our Valdosta location opened in May 2011. We are a service provider for the Veterans Administration, CCSP and Source Medicaid Waivers, and a Self-Directed Vendor for the NOW/COMP Medicaid Waiver Programs. We accept private pay consumers as well.

        We are a Social-Medical Day Respite Program for persons with cognitive, physical, or developmental disabilities. Adult Day Health is a community-based medically oriented day program that provides social, health, and rehabilitative services to individuals who are impaired. It is an alternative to premature nursing home placement and will enhance the quality of life. Adult Day Health Services targets individuals who need physical assistance and a more structured environment and who could be at risk of institutional placement if appropriate intervention is not provided. Activities provided: Group Excercises, Cognitive group games, Arts & Crafts, Music & Pet Therapy, Field Trips, Gardening/Horticulture, Reminiscence Therapy, Group Celebrations and Parties. Staffing provided by Professional Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Services include: Health Related Services, Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, Therapeutic Activities, Food Services, Transportation, Education of Caregivers, Emergency Care, and Preventive and Rehabilitative Services.
