placed order for 1/4 cow beginning of…

placed order for 1/4 cow beginning of May. left voicemails trying to get update on order. finally received call back mid June with a promise that they would call within 3-4 days to let me know when i can expect my order left repeated voicemails again and finally heard back from them just after july 4th saying they could have my order ready within 1-2 more weeks, but they were raising the price almost 1.00 a pound from the guaranteeed price they quoted me when i placed the order. bad customer service, no communication, and they do not stand by their quoted guaranteed prices!
