Farmers Insurance - Alexander Beadle

We arrived at my scheduled appointment w/Alex (owner/agent), the other agent Trent was there but was on a phone call. He asked who were we there to see, I said Alex. He called to informed Alex that we, his scheduled appointment, was there to meet with him. He came out from the back office & stood in the door, looked & said "someone" will be right w/you.
So we sat in the waiting area. Trent continued on his phone call. About 16 minutes after we arrived, another person arrived. Trent informed him that he would be right w/him. Trent, once again, informed Alex, owner/agent, that he needed some help. Eventually, Alex came to the waiting area, looked at everyone in the waiting area & said, "Do I need to turn up the heat?" We all replied, "No." Alex then walked back to the office in the back of the agency. About 5 minutes or so later, Trent ended his call, came to the waiting area & proceeded to help the person to whom came in AFTER US!!! We're like, "Really? You're going to help someone who came in after us." So we decided to leave & find a more professional agency.
Trent apologized & asked us to wait. About this time, it's now 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. I told him that I was very displeased with the "service" received at that agency & for the AGENT/OWNER to treat potential clients this way was very rude & disrespectful. Trent asked if he could help me & I told him that I wanted to speak w/Alex, OWNER/AGENT. He told Alex that I wanted to speak w/him but he never came from the back office to discuss this matter. He said, he was still on a phone call.
As always, whenever someone complains about bad service, the excuses are: they were very busy
